Comments: I placed my second order with you in two weeks, and in my last order you placed a complimentary coffee pillow in the box, and I just wanted to thank you and let you know how much I appreciated the gesture! And, how much I loved the flavor!

 For years I've been a faithful Godiva Coffee drinker! I didn't think there was a brand out there that could match Godiva! And while visiting family in WI (Which is where I'm from originally) I saw a rounder of Door County Coffee at the local grocery!
 I literally bought a pillow packet of each flavor! I love flavored coffee, so I thought why not! And I have fond memories of Door County! So when I came back down to Kentucky and made my first pot of Door County Coffee, I was HOOKED!

 I will never drink another brand! I'm drinking the Strawberry Cheesecake right now actually, and I love it! I have yet to try one of your flavors that I haven't absolutely loved! I also tried your cinnamon tea and absolutely loved that as well! I'm anxious to try more tea flavors now!

 My purpose of contacting you is to Thank You for going above and beyond with your customers!

Comments: Just wanted to drop a note to tell you how much I appreciate your coffee. My family took our first trip to Door County just a few weeks before I started college in August of 1998. I fell in love with your Highlander Grogg there, and took it back with me when I went off to school. Since then, and with many repeat trips to Door County, I have always associated Highlander Grogg with the time of year when summer ripens into the beginning of fall. Right now, I am deployed to Iraq as an Army officer. Like clockwork though, my parents sent me a bag of Highlander Grogg - can't wait to get a grinder and brew some up!

Thank you for writing back this morning! I moved from Westmont, Illinois to Plano Texas in 1998. My 5 year plan to move back north has now turned into a 10 year plan. I miss the people, I miss 4 seasons, I miss a killing frost, and I miss Midwestern sensibilities! When I lived in the Chicago area, I would make annual trips to Door County every fall---that's how I found your incredible coffee. Your coffee brings home that much closer and always conjures up really amazing memories of our trips to Door County. Lauderdale, the one thing she wanted for Christmas was some of your coffee. Now that she is back to the Oak Park area, she comes with us for our long weekend stays and picks out her own flavors of DCcoffee. This time, we tried the Door Doodle. It is great!!! Comments: Two weeks ago, my wife, Kris, and I were traveling north on Hwy 53 in Wisconsin toward Duluth, MN and came across a coffee shop
in a small town (name, unfortunately, eludes me at present) where my wife stopped to buy a soy latte.
She also bought 4 small bags, each a different flavor, of your coffee.
We have used 2 of those bags to make some morning coffee and we both love the ones we have fixed so far.

Comments: I recently stayed at a B&B in Door County. They served your Peruvian Fair Trade Swiss Water Process de-caffeinated coffee. I have always had a problem drinking coffee ... the acid even in decaf coffee would give me lots of problems. I would love to be able to have a wonderful cup of hot coffee to start my day. This coffee was wonderful! My husband and I both just loved the rich flavor. I had no problems drinking several cups a day. Thanks.
