CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

Roaster Apprentice
This teammate will be an important part of our Production Team.  The Roaster Apprentice duties and responsibilities include operating the roasters safely and efficiently, completing the daily tasks assigned to you in a timely manner and following roasting procedures to produce the best coffee on the planet.
To succeed at this role you need:
-A Positive Attitude!
-Ability to work in a “team” environment
-Have the stamina to be on your feet all day
-Ability to lift 40lbs throughout the day
-Machine aptitude and able to follow roasting recipes to ensure a quality product
-Have the desire to make Door County Coffee a career-not just a job!
This position is based at our Café and Roasting Facility in Carlsville, WI -just north of Sturgeon Bay on HWY 42.  It is a full-time, year-round position.  Monday-Friday with hours that are approximately 6am – 2:30pm with opportunity for overtime.
