Ingredients
Featured ingredient: Mistletoe Mocha Coffee
- 1 cup melted milk chocolate (candy wafers)
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts, powder (amazon hazelnut meal)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 TBSP butter, room temperature
- 3 TBSP agave sugar
- 2 TBSP coffee, brewed (Mistletoe Mocha)
- Toppings: Powdered sugar, crushed nuts, melted chocolate.
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate according to the instructions on the package. Use a large enough bowl to mix all the ingredients.
- After the chocolate is melted, stir well to ensure that all the lumps are removed and the chocolate is smooth
- Stir in the powdered sugar, butter, agave and coffee. Stir until well combined.
- With a small cookie scoop, drop the filling onto wax or parchment paper. With your hands, roll each ball until perfectly round and smooth.
- Roll into your topping of choice.
