Mocha Magic Devils Food Cupcakes
This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Ingredients
Featured ingredient: Elite Espresso Coffee 10 oz. Bag Ground
- 1 Devils Food cake mix (prepare cake and back according to the package, except replace water with brewed and cooled Door County Elite Espresso)
- 1 large can vanilla frosting
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat oven as directed on cake mix package.
- Prepare 9x13 pan with shortening or spray or use paper lines for cupcakes.
- To make frosting, blend vanilla frosting and Nutella.
- Frost cake, garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Serve with Door County Hazlenut Cream Coffee.
