Sinful Delight Italian Cream Soda

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Cafe.

Ingredients

Featured ingredient: Sinful Delight Coffee 10 oz. Bag Ground

  • 4 cups strong brew Sinful Delight Coffee
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/3 cup half-n-half

Instructions

  1. Pour the brewed coffee and the sugar in a medium saucepan and cook on low until liquid is reduced to about half to make a simple syrup.
  2. Pour 3 tablespoons coffee syrup, the club soda and the half-n-half in a 12 ounce glass.
  3. Stir and then fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
