Sweet Coconut Coffee

"This is a delicious take on a Vietnamese creation. Your coffee will be nice and creamy because of the sweetened condensed milk and will also add a nice bit of sweetness as well then you'll get that coconut flavor with a hit of spice from the cinnamon!"
This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Ingredients
Featured ingredient: Wisconsin Harvest Blend Coffee 8 oz. Ground
- 8-10 oz. cold brewed and black, Door County Wisconsin Harvest Blend Coffee (find the Toddy Cold Brew Kit here!)
- 2 tbsp sweet condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6-8 oz. ice
Instructions
- Start with ice in your glass filled almost all the way too the top.
- Pour in your cold brewed Wisconsin Harvest blend coffee, then add your sweetened condensed milk, coconut extract and cinnamon then stir well.
