WHAT CAN I DO WITH UPS MY CHOICE®?

Take control of your UPS delivery! Some of the features of UPS My Choice® include:

  • Deliver Package on Another Day
  • Deliver to a UPS Access Point™
  • Delivery Alerts
  • Delivery Planner
  • Estimated Delivery Time
  • Authorize Shipment Release
  • "Leave at" Instructions

  • Confirmed Delivery Window
  • Upgrade SurePost packages to UPS Ground

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR UPS MY CHOICE®?
Visit the UPS My Choice® page, then select Sign Up. Once you create a user ID and password and provide your name and address, you'll receive a verification email to complete the setup process.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY DELIVERY USING UPS MY CHOICE®?
Log in to UPS.com, then enter your tracking number and select Track. After that, follow the prompts for whichever feature you wish to use.
