- Visit Door County Coffee: You can’t plan your trip to Door County without stopping to see us! We offer a large menu of coffee drinks to pick from, and great menu of food and a huge window where you can see our Roastmasters roasting up the very coffee you are drinking! It is such a cool experience to see the beans being roasted and flavored right in front of your eyes – it doesn’t get any more fresh than that!
- 180 Petals - Pick Your Own Flower Field: Such a fun and unique activity to add to your Door County trip! You reserve your time slot and get an entire field of flowers to yourself! You can pick any stems you want, and they offer different size bouquets for you to pick from. This is the perfect activity to do for a quiet afternoon, just off the beaten path in Fish Creek. You can also stop by their grab and go cooler, if you want a truly unique bouquet to take home with you!
- Cana Island Lighthouse: Door County is known for its iconic lighthouses. Cana Island is probably the most notable – and the tallest! Standing at 89' tall, this lighthouse offers the most spectacular view of Lake Michigan and the Door County Shoreline. You also get a tour of the lighthouse, learn its history and take the 97 steps to the watch deck to see the blue water go on for miles. Make sure to bring along a mug of Door County Coffee, to get you well caffeinated for your climb!
- Visit 300 Miles of Shoreline: There aren’t many places where you can catch 300 miles of shoreline all in 1 day. We recommend taking way more than a day to do it – since Door County has so much to offer, but it can definitely be done! You can rent kayaks, take a boat cruise, swim, hike, bike – there are endless ways to see the beauty of Door County from the shoreline! Grab your travel mug, fill up with your favorite coffee, and see everything from rock and sand beaches to caves and dunes. Door County truly has so much beauty to see! You might even see one of the 240 identified shipwrecks just off the shores!
– Enjoy a Fish Boil: A very unique thing to do while you are visiting, is enjoy a famous Door County Fish Boil! A fan favorite is over by our friends at the White Gull Inn, where you can even enjoy some Door County Coffee as you watch the fresh caught white fish from Lake Michigan cook over an open fire! And they end it with a piece of Door County Cherry Pie – yummy!
- Visit a Lavender Farm: If you hop on the ferry to Washington Island, after grabbing a cup of Door County Coffee of course, you can take a ride across the water to visit Fragrant Isle Lavender Farm! There you can walk through a field of beautiful lavender plants, and of course, enjoy the luxurious and relaxing smell of the flower! The store has any lavender product you can think of, including some foods! This is one of the most relaxing and unique places you will find in all of Door County - and it is definitely a favorite among the Door County Coffee employees.
