Ingredients
- 2 cups Brandy Alexander Coffee, brewed (chilled)
- 1.5 quarts (48 ozs) vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 shots of brandy or cognac, optiona
- whipped cream
- cacao nibs, garnish
Instructions
- Brew a pot of Brandy Alexander Coffee. Chill for several hours or overnight. Option: Double the coffee grounds or reduce the water by half. Add ice to chill. The ice will bring the coffee to the right consistency.
- Add the ice cream, coffee, cinnamon, and brandy to a blender. Blend until creamy.
- Pour into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
