Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brandy Alexander Coffee, brewed (chilled)
  • 1.5 quarts (48 ozs) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 shots of brandy or cognac, optiona
  • whipped cream
  • cacao nibs, garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew a pot of Brandy Alexander Coffee. Chill for several hours or overnight. Option: Double the coffee grounds or reduce the water by half. Add ice to chill. The ice will bring the coffee to the right consistency.
  2. Add the ice cream, coffee, cinnamon, and brandy to a blender. Blend until creamy.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
