Featured Ingredients: buz Black Velvet Coffee Concentrate

Ingredients

  • 16 oz almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tsp Door County Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 banana, peeled (frozen)
  • 6 strawberries, (frozen)
  • 1 cup favorite juice (I use celery juice)

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy

Tips

  1. No need to use ice (which waters down smoothies) when using frozen fruits and veggies.
  2. Spinach and Kale: Buy Triple washed greens and store in a zip bag in the freezer. When you are ready to use some, reach in and grab a handful of cold greens.
  3. Bananas: Buy a large bunch of bananas. When they are ripe and sweet, peel them and store in a zip bag in the freezer. You will have frozen fresh bananas whenever you need them. When your bag is low buy more bananas. You can also freeze fresh blueberries when they are in seas
