Ingredients

1 lb melting chocolate (found at craft stores)
1/2 cup Door County Cherries
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
1/2 cup Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans, crushed
Candy sprinkles

Instructions

1. Melt chocolate according to manufacturer’s directions. Stir well until choc is smooth and lump free. Spread the chocolate evenly onto a sheet pan, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
2. Quickly sprinkle the toppings over top of the chocolate before the choc sets. Gently tap the pan so the toppings adhere to the chocolate. Freeze for 15 mins or until hard.
3. Remove from the pan and break into small pieces. Let it sit in room temperature until moisture evaporates before wrapping.
