Chocolate Cinnamon Roll Shake

Roll into this decadent Chocolate Cinnamon Delight. A chocolate cinnamon roll blended into a luscious shake loaded with pudding, coffee, cream, sugar, and cinnamon.
This indulgent beverage offers a rich and creamy texture, with deep chocolate flavors complemented by bold coffee notes. The cream cheese adds a subtle tanginess, while the cinnamon provides a warm and aromatic touch. The sprinkle of sugar/cinnamon on top of the whipped cream adds a delightful crunch and sweetness.

- 1 cup Cinnamon Buns Cold Brew Coffee, chilled
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 4 ozs cream cheese
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate pudding
- 2 shots vodka or baileys, optional
- 2-4 tsp sugar/cinnamon mixture
- Whipped cream
Ingredients for Sugar Cinnamon Rim:
- 2 TBSP blue agave
- 4 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP cinnamon
- Pour the agave into a flat dish. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip the rims of two glasses into the agave, then dip into the sugar and cinnamon mixture to coat.
- Fill a blender with two cups of crushed ice. Add the chilled coffee, cream cheese, butter, pudding, vodka, and 2-4 tsp of sugar/cinnamon mixture (depending on desired sweetness).
- Blend until creamy. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon on top
