This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Ingredients
Featured ingredient: Elite Espresso 10 oz. Bag Ground
- Door County Elite Espresso
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Place one scoop of the very best vanilla ice cream in a martini or margarita glass.
- Brew Door County Espresso to your liking.
- Pour desired amount of Espresso over ice cream.
- Place mint leaf on ice cream (optional) & serve immediately.
