Ingredients

Featured ingredient: Mistletoe Mocha Coffee

  • 1 cup melted milk chocolate (candy wafers)
  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts, powder (amazon hazelnut meal)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 TBSP butter, room temperature
  • 3 TBSP agave sugar
  • 2 TBSP coffee, brewed (Mistletoe Mocha)
  • Toppings: Powdered sugar, crushed nuts, melted chocolate.

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate according to the instructions on the package. Use a large enough bowl to mix all the ingredients.
  2. After the chocolate is melted, stir well to ensure that all the lumps are removed and the chocolate is smooth
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar, butter, agave and coffee. Stir until well combined.
  4. With a small cookie scoop, drop the filling onto wax or parchment paper. With your hands, roll each ball until perfectly round and smooth.
  5. Roll into your topping of choice.
