This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Featured ingredient: Country Morning Blend Coffee 10 oz Bag Ground
1. In a blender combine; garbanzo beans, prepared coffee, stout, sesame seeds, garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, cumin, and salt
2. Blend for 45 seconds, gradually moving from low-high speed
3. To serve, top with remaining tablespoon olive oil and ground coffee
4. Enjoy with cut root vegetables, pretzels, or pita, or as a spread on a favorite wrap or sandwich
