No-Bake Peanut Butter Mousse Pie

Jump into this rich and creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie, where every layer is infused with bold flavor. A crunchy chocolate crust gets a boost from ground Peanut Butter Cup coffee, adding depth to the buttery crumbs. The velvety chocolate pudding is enriched with a splash of freshly brewed coffee, enhancing its richness. Finally, a light and fluffy peanut butter mousse, subtly infused with coffee, ties it all together for a decadent dessert with a smooth, aromatic finish.

Perfectly chilled and topped with chocolate drizzle or peanuts, this pie is a coffee lover’s dream!

Featured Product: Peanut Butter Cup 8 oz ground coffee

Crust Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chocolate cheerios or choc cookie crumbs, ground
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter Cup coffee, ground
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5-6 TBSP butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp salt, optional

Directions for Crust:

  • Place the cheerios/cookies in a food processor with the ground coffee and sugar. Pulse to make crumbs.
    Add the butter and salt and pulse until blended well. Pour into a pie dish. Spread the crumbs around the bottom of the dish, pushing some crumbs up the side wall. Press the crumbs firmly against the pie dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins. Remove and let it cool.

Pudding Ingredients & Directions:

  • 1 large box of chocolate pudding
  • 2 TBSP of brewed peanut butter cup coffee
    Cook pudding according to the directions on the box. Add 2 TBSP of brewed peanut butter cup coffee. Cook until extra thick. Spread evenly on top of cookie crumb crust. Let cool before adding the next layer

PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ozs cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp peanut butter cup coffee, brewed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ozs whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE DIRECTIONS:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Add the Peanut Butter Mousse to the top of the pudding in the pie dish. Spread evenly across the dish.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Note: You can also freeze for 1 hour before serving. This tip will set the pie, making the slices come out clean.
