LOGIN & CREATING AN ACCOUNT
Signing up is easy! Simply create an account and enter your name, email, and password. In fact, if you already have an account with us from placing previous orders - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can simply sign in and see what points you've already earned!
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. simply sign in and see what points you've already earned!
The rewards page is your roadmap to all your rewards points and current VIP Tier details. You can access all your info by logging in and visiting our rewards page.
For any purchases that were placed after February 3, 2022, you're in luck! We're holding your points for you so all you have to do is create an account with the same email address that you used to checkout as a guest to access those points.
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.
EARNING & REDEEMING POINTS
When you are ready to make a purchase, simply login to your account and use the dropdown at checkout to redeem your points.
100 points equals $5.00. Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $5.00.
Points are not equivalent to a cash payment. Points are used as a discount applied to your order upon checkout.
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with us.
Points will expire 6 months after they are earned. For example, if you place an order on January 1st, points earned on that date will expire on July 1st if not used.
As long as you shared your birthdate with us on the Rewards page, we will email you special birthday savings on your special day!
Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
Since rewards points act as a promo code, you cannot combine both on the same order. The good news is that you will be earning rewards on all orders, so you can save with a promo code on one order, earn rewards and then use those points on the next order!
Yes & no...
Yes, you can use rewards points when checking out and creating a brand-new subscription. At checkout you will be able to use the dropdown menu to redeem your points.
No, at this time you cannot at this time apply rewards points to recurring orders. So, when your auto-shipment processes, there will be no way to apply any rewards points earned to that recurring shipment.
You will however earn points for ALL orders whether one-time or recurring subscription orders. With each subscription order that processes, you will be earning points that can then be used on additional one-time purchases on anything available on our website. All those points earned on your regular subscription deliveries are certainly going to add up fast for you!!
VIP TIERS
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling 12-month period that resets every time you earn your way into a new tier. You are automatically enrolled in our Bronze Cup tier upon making your first purchase or creating an account. In order to reach our Silver tier, you must spend at least $300 within 12 months. In order to reach our Gold Cup level, you must spend $600. Once you earn your way into a new tier, you have 12 months to spend that same amount to keep your tier or you can keep spending to level up and earn more rewards!
When you are signed into your account, your rewards homepage will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
When your total spend crosses a tier threshold, you'll be able to check your VIP status by logging in and visiting the Rewards Page. If you're subscribed to our email newsletter, you'll also receive a welcome email that will let you know all of the new benefits you'll receive!
You are automatically enrolled in our Member tier upon making your first purchase or creating an account. When you earn your way into a new tier, you have 12 months to spend that same amount to keep your tier or you can keep spending to level up!
REFER A FRIEND
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message. The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them. The second possible scenario is that your friend may already have an account with us and therefore cannot be referred again. If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend sharing your unique referral link with them or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit.
Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it. Referred friends must be a first-time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. Lastly, the customer must make a purchase for more than the $20 rewards given to count as an order. Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website. When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
