S'mores Jello

Can you taste summer coming?  You sure will with this tasty treat. 

S'mores coffee brings you all the flavors of those campfire days, marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers in this super light dessert.
This jello is perfect for serving after a filling meal. It is super light, refreshing, and so easy to make. It literally melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Featured Product: S'mores 8 oz ground coffee

Coffee Jello Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups S'mores coffee, freshly brewed, divided
  • 1 TBS gelatine, unflavored (one envelope)
  • 4 TBS sugar, granulated

Milk Jello Ingredients:

  • 4 TBS water
  • 1 TBS gelatine, unflavored (one envelope)
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half or other milk
  • 4 TBS sugar, granulated

Instructions

  1. Brew a pot of S'mores coffee. Reserve 1/4 cup in a small bowl. When the coffee is cooled, sprinkle 1 TBS of the gelatine over top of the coffee. Let it sit for 5 mins.
  2. In a saucepan, add 1 3/4 cups of the coffee with 4 TBS sugar. Stir over low temperature until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat. Stir the gelatine into the saucepan until combined. Let it cool. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan. Cover and refrigerate until set, approx. 2 hours
  3. To Make Milk Jello: Add the water to a small bowl. Sprinkle 1 TBS gelatine over top of the water. Let it sit for 5 mins.
  4. In a saucepan, add the half and half and sugar. Heat on low until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the gelatine. Let it cool.
  5. Cut the coffee jello into small squares and into small bits. Pour the milk jello over top of the coffee jello.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until ready to eat. Slice into larger squares. Serve with whipped cream and a mini chocolate candy bar.

Note: Be careful not to dump the gelatine into the liquid. It is best to sprinkle it over the liquid to prevent lumps.
