S'mores Liquor

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Ingredients
Featured ingredient: S'mores Coffee 8 oz. Ground
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. Door County Coffee S’mores Coffee
- ½ cup sugar or honey
- 8 oz. vodka
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over S’mores blend and allow to steep in a press pot for 10 minutes
- Mix the coffee with the sugar, and stir till dissolved
- Add vodka, stir gently and enjoy either warm, or refrigerate and serve over ice, with or without cream.
