Spiced Apple Pie Brown Gravy

By: Linda Bonwill - World Class Cookin

Bring the flavors of fall to your table.

Warm, comforting, and full of autumn character, this gravy brings together the savory richness of chicken broth with the enchanting aroma of Door County Coffee’s new Spiced Apple Pie Coffee. Simmered with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and fresh thyme, it fills the kitchen with the unmistakable fragrance of fall.

The brewed coffee deepens the flavor, adding a subtle spiced-apple note that perfectly balances the creamy, buttery texture of the gravy. Ideal for drizzling over roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, or hearty root vegetables, this recipe is a delicious way to bring the flavors and aromas of the season to your table.

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
