Spicy Java Beef BBQ Flatbread
By: Cindy Kerschner - Schnecksville, PA
"Coffee kissed ground beef and peppers, drizzled with spicy java barbecue sauce. Serve it hot on freshly made roasted garlic flatbread speckled with ground coffee. I like making my own breads and flatbreads allow me to add ingredients like coffee to kick it up a notch. I often add coffee to sauces and barbecue sounded like a natural choice. Sprinkling coffee into the beef mix added a depth of flavor I really love. It all comes together in an easy to make meal any coffee fan will love!"
