Tiramisu in a Jar

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Ingredients
Featured ingredient: Country Morning Blend Coffee 10 oz Bag Ground
- 1 tub (8 oz.) cream cheese spread
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla flavored instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping (thawed, divided)
- 1 pkg. (10.7 oz.) prepared pound cake cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/3 cup brewed Country Morning Blend coffee (cooled)
- 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (grated)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy
2. Gradually add milk, then dry pudding mix, beating well after each addition
3. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping
4. Place half of the cake cubes evenly in 8 jars or dessert dishes
5. Drizzle 1 tsp. coffee over cake in each jar
6. Top each with 1/4 cup pudding mixture and a sprinkle of chocolate
7. Cover with remaining cake cubes, coffee, pudding mixture, chocolate and whipped topping. Top with raspberries.
8. Refrigerate for 2 hours
