To Die For Super Moist Chocolate Cake

"This cake is super moist & simple to make. The sour cream adds the extra moisture & the coffee enhances the flavor of the chocolate. Whats better chocolate & coffee! Especially Door County Coffee."
This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Featured ingredient: Sinful Delight Coffee 5 lb. Bag Ground
- 1 Devil food cake mix
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup brewed, cooled Sinful Deligh Coffee (to brew strong coffee, use 1/2 the water you normally would use)
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Mix all the wet ingredients together & then add the dry ingedients.
- Mix thoroughly & bake in a 9 x 13 pan on 325° for 40 minutes.
- Cool cake completly.
- Frost with your favorite frosting recipe (buttercream, fudge, cream cheese frosting or a coffee flavored frosting)
Even better leave plain & top with whip cream or a side of vanilla or coffee flavored icecream.
