Featured Product: Toffee Pretzel 10 oz ground coffee
Ingredients
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup Toffee Pretzel coffee, brewed strong
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the chocolate, coffee, cream, and butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on low, stirring. DO NOT bring it to a boil. Stir in the vanilla. Add to a fondue bowl. Keep the fondue warm by placing a lit tea light candle underneath the bowl. Stir occasionally. (a double boiler can also be used to heat the fondue).
NOTES:
If you do not have a fondue set, you can make one by placing the prepared chocolate in a dish. Place the bowl of chocolate on an elevated rack with feet. (a small cooling rack will work). Place a small tea-light candle under the bowl of chocolate, leaving a gap so the flame is not directly touching the bowl.
Your fixings can be spread on the rack in serving bowls.
