Crab and Red Pepper Quiche
- 1 Elsie Grace Pie Crust (Prepared)
- 7 eggs
- 8oz. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c. diced red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. imitation crab
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- Beat eggs and whipping cream together and then mix in pepper and crab meat.
- Layer 1/2 c. cheese in bottom of the shell.
- Top with egg mixture and then top with cheese again.
- Bake for 35 min. at 350 degrees.
